My review is mainly for the drinks and baked goods which didn’t really live up to the price point. We were informed that the matcha latte does not come with sweetener and that it must be added separately. We opted to add it, which cost an extra dollar. The matcha was still quite bland. My friended order a strawberry matcha latte and it wasn't any better. The croissant was average - nothing particularly standout. The cashier was nice though. Overall, it’s an aesthetic place to sit and enjoy the vibe, but the quality of food and drinks doesn’t fully match the higher cost.
Jen is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made the whole experience so much better. Super friendly, attentive, and always checking on us with a smile. Honestly, she is the best waitress by far — top tier service from beginning to end. The food at Pura Vida was great, but Jen is what made us want to come back. If you go, ask for Jen because she’s truly the best!”
Very good service, Mark was super helpful, kind and insightful with the menu and helped us order everything we wanted. The smoked salmon toast was the best I've ever had. The chicken wrap was so fresh and warm. 10/10 will definitely be coming back, highly recommend. Mark really made our experience special :)
